Role

The successful candidate will be required to sell a wide range of used ex military vehicles and associated equipment and meet sales targets as agreed with the Sales Director. The candidate will also be required to answer incoming sales enquiries, make calls to potential customers, demonstrate a suitable vehicle to each prospective customer according to their vehicle needs and financial requirements, ensure paperwork is fully and accurately completed

Experience

A knowledge of military vehicles and associated equipment is preferred but not essential

Proven successful sales track record within the automotive industry is preferred but not essential

Ability to achieve / exceed individual sales targets

Willingness to learn and improve product knowledge to increase sales opportunities

Confident friendly individual with good communication skills both over the phone and face to face 

Promote and maintain excellent customer relations by personal manner, appearance, integrity and loyalty

Ability to qualify customers and close a deal

Self starter who is able to work independently

Start date: ASAP

Location: Near Colsterworth, Grantham, Lincs

Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm, Sat 8.30am to 12.30pm (Sat rota basis)

Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience / Basic plus Commission structure
